Priced per module, banded by your traffic
Inside a band the bill is fixed — a good month moves you up deliberately instead of arriving as an overage invoice — and every module has a free tier to start on. The figures above come from our billing system as you move the handle; there is no rate card on this page to go stale.
Billing groups the seven modules into these three: AI Sales Agent AI to Live Agent Live Co-Shopping Outbound Clienteling Live Shopping Events Shoppable Video Library PDP Videos .
Past a million website visits, the answer is a conversation
Above that, the deployment stops being a position on a slider.
What gets scoped. Volume, which modules run where, how they meet the stack you already have and who inside the brand runs them day to day — the questions a handle cannot ask, and the ones that decide whether the thing works.
A 60-day pilot, on us. For a brand in the $10M–$500M range we run the programme against your catalogue and your traffic, not a demo dataset, and what it produces is the figure the agreement is written from.
A conversation, not a funnel. The call is with the team that would deploy it. Nothing on this page has to be signed before it.

Yes, and it is a change rather than a new agreement. Each module is priced on its own and sits as its own line on your subscription, so adding or dropping one is a single update to what you already have. The new shape takes effect at midnight in your store's own timezone, so nobody is switched over in the middle of a working session.
Nothing automatic, and nothing arrives as an overage invoice. Your traffic is not metered against your plan in the background — a band is the plan you are on, and moving up is a deliberate change to the subscription. That is the whole point of banding rather than billing per view or per session: inside a band the bill is fixed, and a month that goes well never turns into a surprise charge.
No, and there is no minimum term on it either. A free-tier plan activates directly, without a payment method and without going through billing at all — no trial clock behind it and nothing to cancel. Each module has its own free tier, and the limits are on that module's card above. It is there so you can put one module in front of a small audience before anyone talks about a price.
Because it is the only thing on the bill that is not a module, and it follows them: switch a module on and it grows, switch one off and it shrinks. So the way to lower it is to run fewer modules rather than to negotiate it separately — and the share it is charged at comes from the same response as the prices, which is why the figure above is the current one rather than a rule of thumb.
The rhythm, and the length of what you commit to. The annual price is a figure of its own rather than the monthly one with a percentage taken off it, which is why the saving beside the toggle moves as you change modules and bands instead of staying at a round number. Move the handle and the switch together and the page shows you both.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for — the current month on monthly billing, the current year on annual. That is the difference the toggle above actually makes: the annual figure is a price of its own, not the monthly one with a percentage off, and choosing it commits the year it covers. The free tier has no term at all.
